It was nice drinking coffee while listening to this talented musician play Jazz on his electric guitar.
Appomattox County Courthouse - the jail can be seen on the right side of this building.
Plunkett-Meeks Store - was used as a general store and post office.
The small yellow building beside it was a typical lawyer's office of that period.
Clover Hill Tavern - the oldest building in the town.
McLean House - Gen. Robert E. Lee surrendered to Lt. Gen. Ulysses S. Grant in the parlor of this building.
Bocock-Isbell House - This house was built in the mid-1800s by two brothers, one was a U.S. Senator.
Lt. Gen. Ulysses S. Grant's headquarters was at this site.
There are several canons and monuments on the grounds where the Civil War took place.
